I remember the first few days of being out and about with Nathaniel were a bit tough. As much as I always tried to have everything I needed for him with me, I somehow would forget to bring something I didn’t think I would need. But the day I realized I had left my house thinking there were diapers in the diaper bag, I felt like the worst mother in the world. Thankfully, I found a diaper in the car that somehow had ended up there. That’s when I decided that I had to have an emergency baby kit in my car because I didn’t want to go through the same situation again, ever. So in today’s post I will show you what I carry in my emergency baby stash that I have in the trunk of my car  because I would hate to be without something that my baby needs during an outing.

Hughes Little Snugglers
First things first, Huggies® Little Snugglers Jumbo Pack. I’ve been using the day Nathaniel was born. I love them because they keep my baby’s skin healthy and clean. Newborns and younger babies sometimes get fuzzy even with the smallest amount of urine. That’s why I love these diapers because the wetness indicator lets me know when my little one needs to be changed.
Second, I like to have Huggies® Natural Care Wipes. I don’t like to have too many of these because of fear of them dying up on hot days. So I always carry the lowest price tub which is only $2.37 at Walmart. They’re safe for my baby’s sensitive skin, yet they have never let me down despite the serious messes I’ve come across with my little one.
Third, extra outfits and socks. The weather here in Southern California is a bit crazy. There are days when it’s sunny and hours later it’ll get cool. So if needed, I like to have a few outfits so that my baby can be warm. Also, since my baby has started solid food, I know things can get messy. So I have to change him a few times throughout the day. You’re probably wondering why socks?? Well, my little one has the habit of thinking that his socks are snacks, lol. He pulls them off and starts biting them. So I have to have extras.

Lastly, I like to keep dry snacks. These usually go by quick since my baby is always hungry, lol. I like to have extra because it helps Nathaniel stay entertained.

I know that these are essentials and that perhaps most mother’s only carry these in their diaper bags, but I rather be prepared with extra essentials in case I ever do come across the situation of needing more than what I have in my diaper bag. I like to get my Huggies® Little Snugglers Jumbo Pack, and Huggies® Natural Care Wipes from Walmart. Huggies® Little Snugglers and so will their skin. If you’re a busy mom who doesn’t have much time, you can even order from the Walmart website. How do you stay prepared with your little one? Do you have items/products you can’t leave your house without?Their prices are amazing which allows me to have extra cash to spend on other necessities such as snacks and skincare. During a recent trip to Walmart, I was able to pick up diapers and wipes for Nathaniel, his new cousin and his cousin who is on his way. I know that they will love their
