Family outings are one of my favorite things to do. Especially with this warm weather, there’s nothing better than enjoying a nice day out with the family. The weather has been hot lately so we decided to head out to the Kern River for our last family outing. Our entire family enjoyed the day out swimming and eating carne asada next to the river. If you’ve been to the lake or river with family, you know that it’s necessary to carry a lot of items. But of course, the fewer things you have to carry, the better.
Not only did it provide Nathaniel a comfortable place to sleep in, but it also helped us carry his diaper bag and more in the under seat basket. It was a hot one out there. I believe in the three digits. In such extreme heat, it’s important for my son to be protected from direct sunlight for extended periods of time. One of my favorite features is the extra-large, UV50 plus extendable canopy with see-through and ventilation window. The surface was very uneven and rough, but thanks to the big, never-flat, rubber wheels that are filled with foam, I’m able to give Nathaniel a smooth ride. He loves his stroller! He sometimes doesn’t even want to get off it.
